About the role
Design the experiences that merchants and their customers interact with every day — from merchant dashboards to storefront checkout flows. You'll own design across web and mobile with a deep commitment to RTL/Arabic UX and accessibility.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas
- Conduct user research and usability testing with real merchants
- Design for LTR and RTL (Arabic) layouts simultaneously
- Build and maintain our component library and design system in Figma
- Collaborate with frontend engineers through handoff and implementation review
- Define interaction patterns and improve design system consistency
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of product/UI design experience
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design
- Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and WCAG guidelines
- Experience building and scaling design systems
- Comfortable working in fast-moving agile environments
Nice to have
- Experience designing for Arabic RTL layouts
- Prior work on e-commerce, fintech, or marketplace products
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for implementation collaboration
