About the role

Help new merchants launch successfully on the Ajrly platform. You'll guide them through setup, make sure they're using the right features for their business, and set them up for long-term success — all in Arabic and English.

What you'll do

  • Lead onboarding calls for new merchants (Arabic and English)
  • Walk merchants through initial store setup, products, and payment configuration
  • Identify quick wins and help merchants get their first sales faster
  • Document common onboarding challenges and create reusable guides
  • Gather merchant feedback and share structured insights with product
  • Work part-time flexible hours (approx. 20 hours/week)

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in customer success, training, or onboarding roles
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Patient, empathetic approach to customer education
  • Basic technical aptitude for SaaS platforms
  • Flexible schedule compatible with part-time, async-friendly work

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an e-commerce merchant
  • Familiarity with Ajrly or similar commerce platforms
  • Experience creating video tutorials or help documentation
