About the role
Drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing programs. You'll own paid and organic channels, run growth experiments, and work closely with product and sales to expand our merchant base across the GCC.
What you'll do
- Own paid marketing across Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, and regional platforms
- Run SEO and content marketing programs in English and Arabic
- Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments across the funnel
- Analyze funnel metrics and identify acquisition bottlenecks
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
- Report on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and channel ROI to leadership
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in growth or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns
- Strong analytics skills (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Data-driven decision-making with experience managing budgets
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment
Nice to have
- Arabic-language marketing campaign experience
- Familiarity with the GCC digital advertising landscape
- Prior B2B SaaS or e-commerce growth experience
